Case Study

Legends Global | Cowboy Christmas

When Next Play partnered with Legends Global for the official merchandise store at Wrangler National Finals Rodeo Cowboy Christmas 2025, the goal was clear: create a custom retail experience that embodied modern, upscale country design while delivering high-volume operational efficiency for one of the largest Western lifestyle events in the country.

Hosted at the Las Vegas Convention Center during the 10-day NFR celebration, Cowboy Christmas drew an estimated 347,571 attendees in 2025, a powerful benchmark for scale, traffic, and opportunity.

With hundreds of thousands of visitors expected over a 10-day run, the space needed to handle sustained, high-volume foot traffic, elevate the Wrangler NFR merchandise brand beyond a traditional expo shop, blend authenticity with a premium contemporary Western aesthetic, and maintain strong operational flow for merchandise, inventory, and checkout.

Our Play

Next Play designed and built a custom retail environment rooted in craftsmanship and elevated Western storytelling.

  • Strategic merchandising zones designed for intuitive traffic flow
  • A build that reflected both heritage and forward-thinking Western design

The Results
